In two weeks we will have our own vendor’s booth at the Steampunk World’s Fair which takes place in Piscataway, New Jersey May 16th to 18th. I was an attendee at this event the past two years and thoroughly enjoyed myself – from the eclectic range of entertainers, to the clever and inventive vendors, and just interacting with the other attendees. You may even recall that Psyche Corporation unveiled our Miss Chimère corset at Steampunk World’s Fair 2013.
If you have been wanting to see out corsets and fabrics in person then this will be your best public chance to date. You can ask any questions you might have, bounce your craziest corset ideas off us, and even get an in-person measurement for your own corset. We’ll have an array of fabric swatches on-hand so that you can get ideas for what you would want for your corset.
In addition to this we will be unveiling two new items at the Fair. We recognize that people like to take something home from these type events so we have designed two ready to wear items in standard sizes. We will be previewing these items on our Facebook page in the last few days before the Fair, but here are some hints.

We recently invented the corset pillow. Our inspiration was to have a nice way to display our corsets. Pillows just work so much better than standard mannequins because, like people, they squish. Wouldn’t you love to have a corset pillow to display your beautiful corset when you are not wearing it? So much nicer than rolled in a drawer. Come and check them out at the Fair. Let us know what size would work for you and we will create one just for you.
Finally we will be participating with a Fair wide event/game/competition/well we don’t really know how to describe it, but it looks cool. It’s called ConCardia. and there will be some really cool prizes. We will be offering a $100 gift certificate that you can use towards the purchase of any Copper Lune corset.
